I want to recruit the Blue Suns, but without having to kill General Oraka in the process. When you talk to him on the citadel, he mentions finding guns somewhere [like an alternative to having to strong arm the Blue Suns]? Anyway, was just wondering if there's a way to recruit the Blue Suns without killing Oraka. In this guide, we detail every step you need to take and what rewards you'll get, depending on the choices you make.
You'll obtain this quest the first time you speak to Aria who is in the Purgatory bar on the Citadel after completing the main quest Priority: Palaven. She directs you to Darner Vosque. Next, you have to meet Darner Vosque. He's hanging out in the refugee camp also on the Citadel. Once you track him down, he'll let you know he's been raiding C-Sec for weapons. However, a turian General named Septimus Oraka is investigating the incidents.
Vosque wants to have Oraka killed as a way to show his loyalty to Aria. Aria just suggests that Shepard talks to Oraka so that he backs off of the investigation.
