If you have not been suspended before, your licence may be suspended if you accumulate 24 or more demerit points within 24 consecutive months. The first suspension will be for 12 weeks. You may do so with the approval from your gynaecologist who has to certify that you are fit for practical lessons as well as the Practical Driving Test. Please bring along the letter of certification from your gynaecologist for every practical lesson and the Traffic Police Practical Driving Test.

You will also have to submit the most recent letter that states the date of your Practical Driving Test to the Traffic Police Department on the day of your Practical Driving Test. You are encouraged to continue with your current training lessons.
